    Hi,

Just a quick question, sorry if this has been aswered before but a search didn't find anything.

I've just got a new PC annd I want to transfer some stuff (mainly music) from my old hard drive to the new one, what's the easiest way to do this? Keep in mind i'm not that great with computers so try to keep it simple! Anywhere i've looked so far has told me to look for a slave mode/switch of which I can't see on my old HD (it's a western digital WD1600 if that helps)

    Cheers,
    Dave

a crossover cable should do the trick. It might be unwise to open your new comp to fit old hard drive warranty issues might arise
