After Rathnew carry on towards Rathdrum and about a mile short of Rathdrum swing in left. Beautiful spot. Not a hill but a pass between two big hills. Very icy over Christmas / Jan period. Sheltered by two big forests either side of the road.

Rode it once or twice, not much of a climb.

You have to pronounce it "Dippity's Pass" though.

Easier way to go to it is take a right directly opposite the Beehive pub and follow on that road about 3km till u see it, its on your right. its the first major Tjunction you come to.
    Cant miss it

Deputys Pass was impassable at the weekend. when it's cold and you go through Deputys, you can feel a noticable further drop in temperature, Nice and quick from Rathdrum side to Beehive, nice long drag the other way
