Was at the gig last night. First time seeing LOG live and they absolutely blew me away. Cannot WAIT to see them again (rumoured to be playing Rock Am Ring this year!). 5 Finger Death Punch put on a great show too. Didn't know any of the songs but the energy was fantastic especially from the frontman. Only caught Mass Extinction's last two songs. Sound was shocking, from where I was anyway (in front of the bar), so can't give an opinion of them.

First bands sound was awful, thought they were very weak, sounded like 15 year olds doing slayer covers, frontman kept saying the same crap over and over too.ffdp put on a great show not my cup of tea but they did well.Lamb of god were amaaaaazing as expected,it was a tad overcrowded but other then that whopper set it was brutal the highlights for me were black label, walk with me in hell and ruin, great show!!

Lamb of god put on a BLINDER. Cracking set bar the fact that Pathetic was in the set list and as the palaces burn wasnt was pretty well, pathetic(imo).Great to hear some stuff off the new album in there too and finally seen Vigil live. Mark morton was the soundest one outta all of em on stage, he shook me hand in between songs.....MENTAL.

I thought FFDP were great live, although after hearing there stuff recorded i must say its very NU-metal and about 10 years too late. Managed to insult the singer in fibbers by saying i think that cradle of filth have gone to ****. Still though him and the rest of the band talked to absolutly everyone who came up to them...pretty sound.

Mass extinction were blegh. Heard there cd before and i wasnt impressed, very repetitive thrash sound. The other bands were in a whole nother universe in comparrison.

Can't agree there I'm afraid. Got the album on Tuesday after the gig. I think it's great album overall. I like his harsh vocals and the clean sections are nice too. They're all pretty proficient musicians too. :)
