long story but will keep it short get on really well with fella from work as i thought just friends he thinks more have tried to knock him back gently but not taking the hint he has a girlfriend and i'm really not intrested in him thought his come on's where joke untill recently any advise

Remind him he has a girlfriend, then tell him you're not interested. Don't pussyfoot around or make a joke of it, tell him flat out. Men appreciate that as long as it's not said maliciously.

He has a girlfriend. Be very clear with him, or just turn cold and cut the jokes.

Don't help him boost his ego by flirting with him.
