For first night in a new venue, was happy enough (despite my van breaking down ON ITS FIRST REAL RUN!!! LOL) with the night.

17 runners, top 4 got paid, 5th got a free entry into next week's tourney.

    Final table was:

    10th: Stephen 'Stunner' McCormack
    9th: Zack Sloper
    8th: Dominic Leech
    7th: Francis Lawless
    6th: Eamon Brandon
5th: Christy Maloney (won: free entry into Tourney on 17/02/09)
    4th: Tom Tinsley (won: €100)
3rd: Robert 'Bellagio Bob' Nolan (won: €135)
    2nd: Michael 'Trickey' O'Dwyer (won: €210)
    1st: Malachy Kiernan (won: €320)

A good night was had by all, if the feedback I received was to be believed. I can only hope the tournament will grow from here. Thanks to all who came down on the night, and I hope to see you all again!
