Booked as a group... checking in?

I'm booked onto a trip over to the UK with Ryanair and back with Aer Lingus for work but I'm just wondering about checking in. Work has booked us in as a group - do we have to check in together? My reason for asking is the people I've been booked in with are the ones that will be late or not turn up at all, they're very unreliable!

    Thanks

On Ryanair you can all check in separately. Aer Lingus you'll be using the kiosks, most likely, but if you're checking in with luggage you might have to present at the bag drop desk together. I don't know if they've changed the regs on that.
