    Hi all,
    I bought an aftershave on line last June and have been mailing and writing threatening(not threatening enough!) letters to this company..http://www.hamptonessentials.com/..I. I paid them $40. after months I mailed them and got a reply saying that they were so sorry and gave me a discount off next purchace etc but still not a sausage..who can I complain to? How can I find out if they are genuine? Is there a watchdog in Ireland to deal with overseas purchaces?
    Any experience welcome

    Did you get the aftershave?

    As they are a US company, there's nobody you can complain to. If they are selling knockoff products, you can contact the real manufacturer and let them know.

    He is right tuff titty I am sorry. If you payed by credit card you would have been insured but judging by your comments your credit card would have been used in 6 million branches around the world

    its a small price to pay for a valuable lesson!
