    Hi

I use a 'Copy' command to move a file to a printer, the thing is that i want to be able to provide the name for the printer job. At the moment i think because i am using this copy command it is giving it the name 'Remote DownLevel Document'

Has anybody ever tried to do this or know anything about it?

    Cheers

Why don't you just print from the command line and put the command in back-ticks inside perl?
    my $result=`lpr #2 myfile.txt`; #prints two copies of myfile.txt

    lpr has lots of options.
