When you say "digital" are you taling IT related?

    Microsoft Office
    Windows XP
    ECDL
    Internet
    E-mail (Lotus Notes, Outlook)

    etc...

Basic IT Skills or are you talking more technical like:

Java, C++, CCNA, Microsoft Certificates (enter list of here), SQL... I could go on!

For "Buzzwords" I would suggest you put a "Digital Skills List" header and then list them as so:

Some buzz words I would suggest are:

    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (inc, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
    - Knowledge of Web/Internet (Intranet) (inc, ensuring secure profiles for browsing and filtering)

I really dunno other than the basics here, if you list some of your skills it would be easier to list some buzz words.

If you don't mean IT, do you mean digital media?

Reason, Photoshop, Flash, 3D Studio Max, etc.?

Normally 'digital skill sets' would be a phrase you'd see in the creative media sector. No doubt some companies like the jargon so it's probably being used elsewhere to reference to general IT skills. I don't see why you need buzzwords - just list your skills.

Angelica, can you tell us what sort of course / job it's for? Putting it in context would help us get a handle on the skillset.
