PC World or Maplins would be the obvious choices, depending on where you are located I'm sure there are various other options.

A1 Computers on Johnstown Road in Cabinteely but you'd want to ring them first.

Also, whats it for? USB/Parallel cables tend to be hit and miss. You might get away with it for a printer, but if its anything specialist or if the pins are custom wired, you might be in trouble.
