Not a Steelbook

I bought a dvd from ebay us that was advertised as a steelbook and it arrived today. Guess what? It's the ordinary dvd case. I'm so pissed off as I think if I file a claim with PayPal I'll have to go to the expense of sending the dvd back to the seller.

Maybe I should just claim I never received it? Although I have already sent an angry message to the seller about it.

I'm disgusted ...why advertise it as something its not? I've had this happen a couple of times now with the particular dvd. It seems to out of print as a steelbook. However retailers keep advertising the steelbook and send me out the ordinary case
