An interesting story, this looks like it may be a fairly big breakthrough, but there is no word on when human trials will start.

It would be nice to take a chunk out of Alzheimer's disease.

We already had a cure for Alzheimer's disease....it's called Marijuana......THC stops you getting it, but a common weed doesn't make drug companies loads of money so you won't be seeing it in Centra anytime soon..

thc has not been proven to prevent alzheimer's disease. it is certainly not a cure for alzheimers.

there is no reliable, validated, scientific evidence to suggest your claims are true.

what i mean is that there'd want to be a hell of a lot more research that this one paper. plus am not at all sure that potential benefits would outweigh the negative effects.
