Hi, My brothers girlfriend is pregnant, she is a full time student and hopes to finish her degree after the baby is born. My bro will be paying maintenance once the baby is born. They both still live at home. He is still doing an apprenticeship so will prob be paying maintenance of about 70 quid a week Will she be able to…

Hi,
