I think uniteds lack of scoring this season is going to be their downfall this season in the champions league, i can't see us getting 1 nils in europe and them being enough to go on..

United v Barca 1-0. after a 0-0 in the fist leg.

Oh right so you are saying that if it happened one year its naturally going to happen all the time, like everything else in football stays the same.

no but we got those one nil wins when we were on good goal scoring form last season.. we don't look like that this season at all. hopefully when rooney comes back he'll hit a bit of form and with evra coming back it will be a great boost for ronaldo.. believe i'd love nothing more then you to qoute me on this in may and me to be very wrong but i just don't have confidence in our goal scoring at the minute.. hopefully i'll be proven wrong..

Hopefully United get barca after Inter. I'm sick of all these Irish Barca fan-boys going on about how they're the best team on the planet. Let them prove it against the official Champions of Europe and the World.

It is looking like United will scoop the lot this year but with the amount of fixture congestion in the next couple of months the squad could weaken especially if they were to lose their star men i.e. Ronaldo, Giggs and the main man John O'Shea!

It would be great to see United play Barca. I think it "should" be a great match. Its probably inevitable that they will play each other.

I reckon the winner of Everton and Villa will win the FA Cup tbh. I think fixture congestion / too many games may get to Utd. (unfortunately :( )

I'd have to agree with this. Maybe Villa or Chelsea to challenge us in the FA Cup. I think Villa deserve some silverware from the season but I have that much faith in the United squad that I honestly can't see them tripping up domestically.

Europe will be a different proposition and the form Barcelona are showing at the moment (with a goal/game ratio of nearly 3) will be very difficult to overcome. It would make some final - ironically being a battle between Barca flair and United's watertight defence. I know it's speculation but would love to see it.

Bayern Munchen will win Champions League. Manchester City Uefa with Shay, Dunney and Ireland.

    Prem -- Man Utd
Fa Cup -- Everton/Villa or United
Champ League - Barca or United
    Careless Cup -- United

United have had 10 players injured for the last 2 or 3 weeks (including Rooney, Ferdinand, Evra, Evans and Anderson). We have coped. Our squad is the strongest in the PL by some way.

That's what they said last year  Messi is their only real threat to our defence tbh and with Rooney back fit we could hit them for 3.
