Hi, I play in a two piece band acoustic & lead guitar. We use midi's as backing and I'm looking for a program that will convert the midi files into sampled instruments. Any recommendations?:confused:

Gargeband or Cubase will do that as supplied, or Reaper if you go looking for extra VST instruments.

It's not automatic though! It takes quite a bit of work, and you'll have to learn about MIDI, and how to mix audio. If you're on a PC you'll have soundcard driver issues to deal with.
