I've got a standard AB Mosfet from AWS - Works well, I'd recommend them and extreme-fire.com, haven't had any problems with either.

Not hijacking the thread G spec but an added question, is there anybody offering a mosfet upgrade service in ireland and is it possible to do so to a D boys M4, DE UMP and a JG G36c?

Thanks in advance, also approx. how much to do so?

I'm sure Richie will do mosfet installs for you: They'll fit in any gun with an electrical switch :P e.g all AEG's.

The only problem with AWS is they never have any stock!!

I tried to order before xmas but there was no stock.
I emailed them and got a response 3 days later saying stock should be back in the middle of january.
Tried to order towards the end of january and still no stock......
Stuff looks great and seems to have decent reviews, but it is no good if they can't stock anything.

    Moved to Troubleshooting

Have one of the extreme-fire mosfet's in my M4 with the three round burst feature. It's very nice and works like a charm, definitely recommend them.

Cant say for AWS themselves, but as far as I know they use the same design as the extreme-fire one. The Trigger Master is definitely the extreme-fire design anyway.

Definitely get a good high power soldering iron, if you are doing this.

I used some old sh1te I found in the garage to do it, and it was a nightmare.

Buy a good hot soldering iron and watch a few youtube videos on soldering to get an idea of what you're doing, my first install was a pain in the arse and the iron was never hot enough to do its job properly.

I know what you mean. All I've had back from them is one line replies. They say they will have new stock 'soon' but I can't pin them down to a date. I really like their anti-dry fire function otherwise I don't think I'd bother with them
