Whats the likelihood of the person at the revenue office wanting to look at my 12yo BMW when paying the €1240 vrt? Can a family member do it for me without issue? thanks.

It's pot luck really, I vrt'd 3 cars and only one of them was inspected, it was a ford focus which they inspected.

I've VRT'd 6 so far, and the only one they inspected was an Audi A4. They only glanced out the window at the others

How long does it take and do you download the VRT 4 form and bring it in or fill it in there?
