Anyone recommend a converter from FLV files from YouTube to Itunes mp4?

    I've googled this and there are lots of different programs out there but can anyone recommend one they are using? I've downloaded the flv files from YouTube using Real Player 11 and now i want to put them on my ipod touch.

    Any suggestions?
