NTL/UPC Webpages loading slow.

It's been happening since yesterday, im wondering is anyone else having the same problems? Heres a speedtest: Also my rapidshare downloads are REALLY slow, i usually get 1.5MBps but im only getting 250 - 300kbps now:(, i've reset the modem/router but it didn't change anything.
