Should kids teeth be brushed before or after breakfast?
A dentist told me before to brush before breakfast.
It kills of the bacteria that's been building up overnight.
The reason to not brush after breakfast is that, apparantly
the toothpaste reacts with something in cereals and this can
cause more harm than good to your teeth.
BTW, they now have this sealant they (dentists) put on kids teeth that prevents corrosion and cavities. Ronseal for teeth
