I have been issued with a letter of notice (14 days) to pay maintenance for a child that I don't believe to be mine for medical reasons.

What should my next course of action legally be? Do I have a legal right to a paternity test?

The situation with this lady is not a pleasant one. I seek to cover all the angles - please help.

    Thank You

See a solicitor. You cannot ask for legal advice here.

I certainly will, but wonder has anyone any experience of going through any of this?

did you not go to court when she was seeking the maintenance order to dispute the paternity of the child? either way if its not your child then a test would clear everything up so see a solicitor to sort it out
