GETTING MOTIVATION TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE?

This is really really frustrating. I have achieved nothing in life, Even basic things like passing high school I have not achieved, I can't even drive, I'm 29 and can't even drive thats how bad I am.

I bought a self help course from Tony Robbins, There is a section on setting goals, You set your goal, set a deadline and give a compelling reason to achieve you goal within that time limit, I can't get inspiring enough reasons, Example: I want to stop smoking, My reasons, it will cause cancer amongest other things, I can't get something thats gets me committed enough to change, sure it will cause cancer but so does the sun? I just can't get reasons that motivate me enough to change.

    Any advice appreciated.

maybe you like smoking. I'm 29 and can't drive either - well I can, I've just never taken a test - I'll get there eventually.

Gillian Riley's book on how to stop smoking is great. It's about how the Should give it up due to fear (cancer etc) doesn't work, and how I want to stop because.... does work. You only give up pleasures, but you stop doing things that you don't like. Persuade yourself you don't like it.

I am also in my twenties and can't drive, I've never even sat in the driver seat. Doesn't bother me at all.
