doesn't look like an m-sport at all. My guess is its an english import se spec car based on the alloys and colour coded door handles. The plate being that high for cork is def an import. My buddy brought a car in a good few years back and it was 32xxx so this one is probably not in the country as long.
For 4k it'd want to be perfect, serviced and with a warranty. Make sure the mileage checks out

That's asking for a bit much - most dealers wouldn't give a warranty (or a very long one) for something that old.

Have you had a look at the interior Jason?

At least there's no turbos to worry about, only thing you might be looking at are cooling system issues and suspension problems.

    thanks to advice so far!!!

yes i looked at interior, its part leather a little grubby but a good clean would sort that i think!!! new break pipe hoses and 2 back shocks went into it!! i saw the nct report where it failed the first time!!! id say the 107k are genuine!!

SUrely there is a full service history? Your post makes it sound like there isn't!

It not a sport but close in the sense that it is an SE - you never mentioned it was an Automatic. I dont personally like them, far from a drivers car.

    From Cartell

    Registration 00C35691
    Make BMW
    Model 318
    Description SE AUTO
    Fuel Type PETROL

I dont think its asking a bit much. They have to give a 3 month one by law. That should be plenty of time for anything major to be noticed. If there is no warranty it should be stated that it is sold as seen
