Does anyone know When looking at a clients details on line with ROS if there is a registration balance what does this mean. If the balance is -1000(minus) does this mean is it a refund due or has the client underpaid

I think it is a refund, check Charges and Collections of each tax and you should be able to figure it out.

Just checked a couple of client balances on ROS who are owed money from the Revenue and the amounts appear as minus amounts on the ROS Information Services page...

Thanks all, have requested a client statment this should clear it up. I think you are right and it is a refund just cant figure where it comes from. but all will become clear when i get the statment.
