Citylink are back again on the Cork - Limerick - Galway route.

I have used this service in the past - Good quality & good prices.

They have cut back on the timetable a little.

But that is a minor gripe.

Yeah they've cut the timetable a bit and changed it.

Now goes to UCC in Cork as well as Cork Airport. But the best thing is it doesnt go into Ennis now, which is great. That used a ridiculous amount of time before.

I'll be using it thats for sure, as will everyone who used to use their old service. But unfortunately that only amounts to 6 people per bus.

I really hope it does well, but unless they advertise the crap out of it it wont go anywhere.

Well thats good news, I was furious hearing about them dropping the route a few months ago (my rage mainly directed towards bus eireann), hopefully they'll advertise it more now though.

It was their own fault they went under before (well that and the fuel surcharge fiasco). You had full to capacity BE buses taking a longer route and yet Citylink only ever had a handful on board.

The ONLY thing that BE has over Citylink is that BE stop for 10 minutes in Limerick so you can get out and piss. Citylink dont, and thats a hard ask for anyone.

FYI : Their timetable mentions they serve up to Cork airport, but according to their phone rep. this will not be happening until 16th of Feb.
