snaps did you contact technomate re the ntsc situation?

No. Why did you find a way to receive NTSC transmissions? I can email them but to be honest i use patches from a 3rd party and not technomate patches?

I had major problem both with the shop i purchased from and technomate themselves. Was promised a software update to solve the problem 3 months ago  This is why i'm a bit baffeled by people saying the technomate support is great etc. I actually believe its a hardware issue to be honest.
