    I have barely controllable rage. I've always had a short temper but last year I had a bad experience being mugged by travellers and i think since then i've been even more angry.

    Whenever i get some time to my thoughs all i ever think of is how much this person pisses me off or think about some time someone said something which pissed me off.

    It always builds up till I'm fuming and just imagining physically hurting who-ever it is i'm thinking about.

    Everybody is a prick! Or so I feel....

    any idea what could fix it? i get a good bit of exercise and eat well.

    Anger management im afraid - you should probably book a session with a counselor.

    Focus the Rage, Take up a Martial Art, take up running.

    These things generally will help, and they are good for you. Pop over to the MMA forum and find one that would suit you.

    This will serve 2 purposes, it will curb your Anger and let you take it out in a productive manner against a Heavy Bag, and, if you are mugged again, you may have the skills to deal with it!
