    Spice Girls.

And it's generally frowned upon to post threads in multiple fora.

LCD Soundsystem have an album called 45:33 that was written for Nike as a workout soundtrack. It was written with a warm-up and cool down included so the music eases you into your stride and is great for going for a run or whatever. The music is kind of dance (but not unce-unce-unce dance) mixed with rock, good stuff. It's available from iTunes and on CD.
