I have been waiting on the delivery and installation of 3 windows <SNIP> for the last 2 weeks, they couldn't but them in with the rest of the windows as the blockwork wasn't finished - the rep had no problem with this at the time. They were to be delivered and installed today but I got a phone call from the installer saying they could only put in one of the as there was not scaffolding up for one and there was a brick too many on the window for the other one. I have tried ringing the rep to see what is next but I can't get through to her - has anyone had this problem before, I didn't see anything about having scaffolding up in the confirmation letter they sent me - will they charge a fee for coming out again??

you are the employer and you are responsible for health and safety of those you employ . you must provide scaffolding - it is not up to anyone to "tell" you this - it is the law of the land .
