    Anyone been?

    Do thay have an alcohol licence? What do you get for your €19? Doesn't seem to be any info on their site.

    I've been once, we got popcorn and a drink each, 1 glass of wine and one bottle of beer!

    Thats what it included last time I was there + popcorn or a packet of sweets..

    What surprised me about it was that the seats are right at the back of the cinema. (I was also unlucky enough to get the only broken seat in that area :( )

    i love the VIP section in swords, you get ur ticket, a large popcorn and a drink (soft drink, wine or beer) seperate toilet, legroom, and the most comfortable chairs ever.....that slightly recline! defo worth the few bob, and it only works out as 20c more than if you were plannin on buyin a large popcorn and drink and goin to the smaller screen!

    Only problem I found with the VIP section in Swords is that I found the Popcorn to be quite stale as it's prebagged, and the VIP area is tiny if you are waiting before going into the movie.

    I usually don't get popcorn at all when going to Movies@Swords as it never tastes fresh so the VIP extra costs are a waste. That being said, the big seats are nice and, unlike movies@dundrum the VIP area has a whole screen to itself so it filters out most of the noisy yobs (of which there are a high percentage of in Swords :pac:) who don't want to pay more than the minimum to see a movie.
