transpanting lemon verbena

Ho ya gardening folks, I have a lemon verbena plant that is about as big as they can get. 6 feet in height and width, with a main stem of approx. 4 inches. I'm about to do some building work and want to transplant the bush to a different part of the garden. Any hints please? Can it be done? I'd sooner leave the building…
