G3 Mid-caps?

Anyone ever bought these by any chance http://www.airsoftsmith.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=25_40_62&products_id=1287&osCsid=4770pkn8l36hjmu5h77imna0o6. Some comments on their performance and any other alternatives would be much appreciated.

I've heard King arms can be dodgy when it comes to mags, not sure though, i think MAG do mids for G3s also which would be the ones i'd go for

Avoid like the plague mate.
They are awful , they dont really sit right in the mag well and misfeed horribly.
I ended up smashing mine with a hammer they annoyed me so much

Nope can't find MAG mids maybe i was dreaming, a quick google showed bad reports on KA mids too

Ah crap...why did I dare dream that there would be g3 mids available. But I am still waiting for G3-nut's reply(I mean, a dude crazy:p enough to choose his username after the gun would know something right?)

If i were you i'd probably get a few 70 round TM mags buddy, at least you know they will be reliable!

Might as well start saving up then. With the g3's rate of fire I will need at least 8 TM 70rnd mags.

wudnt touch king arms mags

i got g36c mids of them, wouldnt fit in 4 different types of g36

KA mags are absolutely the frustration of stepping on dog poo on youre way to the pub, when youre girlfriend has all her mates there...

Although they are getting awesome reviews on airsoft GI and a couple of other sites...king arms mags, are king arms mags..

due to my fanatism, and low income, im gonna take the chance, so i will let you know how it goes, so youre the second guy waiting on my ok to get them:D

I will skirmish it this Sunday in Rathbeggan. But I used it in my garden and the ROF is just unbelievable. I am getting mental images of dual wielding the G3 and my M16:D

No, I bought this second hand. Just couldn't resist it after having a look.
I will be chrono it before entering the playing area to be on the safe side.

if they have a decent chrono on site you should be able to check the ROF, let us know... Dr.Pepper has an M16 going at 29 rps i think:eek:

im also looking for mags for the g3 too its hardly been out for fun because of the mag factor
the rate of fire from mine is mental too and its ok too chrono wise i mean ill watch this space for info on the mags
