Get the chassis number of both cars. Then check the parts catalog at www.vagcat.com . If the part numbers are identical then you're onto a winner. If they are different then you will need further advice/investigation.

If you like, PM me the 2 chassis numbers (all 17 digits of each) and I'll check it for you.
