They are not well dressed for todays weather. Here is a picture of the Green Party contingent wandering across Stephens Green to the gig

The National Walk Strategy Steering Commitee will be spending 2.5 million euros to deliver the following Wall Chart free to every home in the country:

You Can Prevent "Global Warming" even more if you move slowly. It's what Dev would have done.

So that's why they got rid of all the buses

Perhaps I'm wrong here, but surely the basis of The National Walking Strategy was laid down in Dublin, years ago, during construction of the LUAS.

Two lines on the same "network" (The RPA's words on the maps, not mine) which necessitated walking for 10-15 minutes to get from one line to the other.

The validity of this strategy has obviously been checked - using Dublin, again, as a guinea pig - resulting in a proposed reduction in the number of Dublin buses.

And, verified by the closure of a rail line in the Dublin area.

What we're seeing here is simply a roll-out of the walking strategy on a nationwide basis.

Sorry, I forgot to to say that it was a roll-out of the walking strategy on a nationwide basis, going forward.
