Can you recommend Video Conferencing Software?

    Hi,
    Im currently looking for some deccent video conferencing software to use in work. I'd had a look at a few different ones and most are pretty crap.
    I need it for use within the company i work for. I want to be able to host anything needed inside the company network. I dont want to have to connect to some companies servers to set up a meetings, etc. Also all i want to use is some webcams hooked up to clients machines, none of these fancy vid conf. terminals. Any bonus features like sketch pads and document viewing and sharing are a plus but not needed.
    Any recommendations are appreciated. Doesnt matter if if i need to buy a licence or its open source.
