Questions relating to IAA Site Regulations

As someone who is new to the World of Airsoft, and someone who is an advocate of control and regulation, not for the sake of the Sport but for the sake of the people who take part in it which in turn should leave the Sport in good standing, I have some questions.

Having read some of the Official Documentation which is published by the Irish Airsoft Association (IAA), I require clarification to some points in the Document IAA Site Regulations.

Point 8 of the IAA Site Regulations states: Venues must make themselves available for an Annual IAA inspection wherein the venue will be examined for health and safety issues as well as the standard of adherence to these regulations.

Having looked for this Health and Safety Regulation, I was unable to find it on the IAA Web site. So is there such a Regulation in existence, and if so where is it located?

Point 12 of the IAA Site Regulations states: Venues must ensure that a qualified marshal be present at all times where players are present in the game zone.

Again I have tried to find out what constitutes, in accordance with the IAA Site Regulation, a qualified marshal, and again I have come up empty handed.
How does a marshal become qualified and to what are these qualification attributed to?

I would have expected that to implement such a regulation all supporting rules, guidelines and regulations would also be available.

Clarification on these points would be gratefully acknowledged and appreciated.

    Hey Dearg,

The mods let the IAA post news here but im afraid you will need to use the IAA forums http://irishairsoft.ie/forum or email info@irishairsoft.ie for an answer.
Just jumping in before the mods do.

Cheers Dr. Pepper, although really did not want to have to sign up to yet another forum, especially one that I may not frequent much.

Then you will have to send them an email. Thsi is for talking about airsoft if you want to clarify things the IAA have said/produced you have to go ask them.
