Nice tune Al, very mellow. Doesn't sound to me like it needs to be punchy. I like the change of rhythm in the middle but I think the guitar over the top of this takes away from the stoppy starty feel ( I am no expert so feel free to ignore my musings)

What did you record it on?

I was thinking that too.. but didnt know how to phrase it.

It doesnt really sound like the type of tune that needs to be overly punchy.

I'd agree with that advice. The guitar is taking over.

yeah the lead guitar is phrased rather rigidly, maybe drop it a few dB and i think it jsut sound flat or something in the mids and highs, thats pretty much straight up mixed thou, didnt do much else, maybe make it sound a little wide might help too

and it was recorded on cool edit pro and pt 7.4 ..drums are drumkit from hell samples into beatcraft, all the guitars and bass are from a podxt
