Rainbow pics!

Did anyone see on bebo etc the way some people have edited pics so it's got rainbow colours all over it or the pic is all pink or some other colour with writing on it! How does one do that?

Using a spectrum gradient on photoshop with the blending mode set to colour would do the trick
