Replacing RAM on Sony Vaio PCG-7G1M

Sorry in advance that I really am clueless about this, however I do have a willingness to learn, and I am handy with doing these types of things.

I have the above laptop for about 3 years now, give or take a few months, and its brilliant, however its very slow, my hard drives are full up, I have an external one and I am planning on getting another external hard drive soon.

Now my main problem is that it is slow, now through my limited knowledge I think this is down to the RAM.

So I would be interested in replacing it, it has 504mb of RAM currently in it, so could I buy RAM for it and possibly install it myself??? I see it for sale on eBay:

    http://shop.ebay.com/?_from=R40&_trksid=m38&_nkw=Sony+vaio+pcg-7g1m+ram

would this be the best and cheapest place to get it??? And would it be cheap to get somewhere to install it for me??

Thanks for any help people can give,
    Andy

I recently replaced the RAM on my sony vaio, was dead simple found out where the slots were from the manual and it took about 5 minutes all in all including a restart.

    I used this crowd http://www.aememory.co.uk/

Thanks mate, I checked out their website there but couldn't figure out what I needed, so I emailed them there.
