Can anyone make bebo skins??

Im looking for a bruce buffer (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bruce_Buffer) skin for a friends bebo page can any of you lads/lassies do it??

And you download apps they mention like

GIMP or just use MS PAINT or similar.

If you like vid tut that shows photoshop then perhaps a 30 day trial will suit, which can be downloaded from www.adobe.com

And there are tuts on Bebo itself

Hope this is helpful to you, or perhaps someone that wants to do this for you. I can honestly say I won't be spending half a day doing a Bebo skin
