price of sand and cement plastering

    hi i had a guy come down to see my shed which is 6.5metres x 4.4metres and 2.7m high. To do this and 30 metres x 1.8m of sand cement on my back walls he said it would take about 5 days and would cost bout 600 euro can anybody tell me if this is a good price or not

    Sounds too cheap for me, are you sure he can do a decent job.

    €4.50 a meter to scud, scratch and float. €10+ per meter would be more like it at todays reduced rates.

    way too cheap ??if he is any good its the equivalant of getting it done for free , i would be looking 3 times that money ex materials

    be sure it is the 3 layers:
    /
    scud/scratch/finish

    Had a case earlier this week where there was only 2 layers: scud and finish.

    The argument was that 'it was never stated that 3 layers were required
