Garda breaking Rules of the Road

No wonder there's so many bad drivers in this country when the gards don't give a monkeys about traffic rules themselves.
How often have you people noticed similar things?
Was driving on the Ennis bypass today with a Garda car behind me. Was sticking to the speed limit of 80 km.
Suddenly the Garda car overtook me on a continuous white line at speed and drove on at about 100km/h. They didn't have the blue light or sirens on, so it wasn't an emergency. I'd say they were probably late for their lunch. It was just after 1pm.
If even the Gards can't obey the rules of the road, who will?

shut up will ya... they could of been doing 100s of things that might needed them up the road a bit quicker...

also they dont use the blues and twos all the time as it sometimes slows things down with stupid drivers getting scared... and not knowing what to do..

also one last thing.. whos going to fine them? an other gardai?

The car could be looking for a stolen car or something and did not want to attract attention in case it made off.

Lunabu for God's sake read the Rules of the Road (the road safety authority had one put through your letterbox in 2007) and better still learn them.

The Gardai are exempt from the Road Traffic laws!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Chill out- you'll have a stroke

Paulzx is right! here we go again, this topic is done to death- end it here!
