What colours go best together ?

    Hey , Im painting my teens room and we're not sure what colours will go best together
    All of the colours that Im choosing from Are on this site :http://www.crownpaints.ie/products/pdfs/crown_easyclean.pdf
    So which of theses colours do you think will go best together ?
    Tranquility And Mellow Green
    Palest Blue And Palest Green
    Palest Blue And White

    I'm assuming your teen is a boy? If so, Tranquility And Mellow Green look pretty good. Does he like them though? That's the important thing. When mine were teens one had dark purple walls (only because I wouldn't give the go-ahead for black!), and I'm talking about a girl here.

    That's good. The only thing is, paint usually turns out darker than it looks on the brochure/website. You could get testers and see what they look like. If the room doesn't get a lot of natural light I'd go for paler colours though (this is just my personal opinion, I'm not a professional).
    It can be very difficult to choose colours - I tend to paint the walls a cream/stone colour and add colour with bedlinen, curtains, pictures etc. It gives you way more freedom.
