    Was wondering if anyone has experience of the mortgaging bank's role in a Property Adjustment order on marriage breakdown.

    You're edging very close to a ban. Who or what gives you permission to re-start a thread that a moderator has previously locked?

    I note that you've shortened your opening post somewhat, but you seem to have missed the whole no-legal-advice idea - this thread still falls afoul of the rule - especially given that your previously locked thread is only a few threads below this one on the forum's front page.
