Netopia Wireless Router that comes with the Eircom internet package

    I am am currently using the Netopia 2247NWG, which is the one that comes free with internet package.
    I am also sharing internet with my sister and cousin, and they are constantly watching internet TV which lags the heck into me.
    I just want to ask, is there anyway I can limit their speed or make the router let me have most of the speed?
    I know there is a QoS option in the router and I've tried to set it up, but don't think it did anything.
    So, can someone kindly help me?
