Northside Quays Closed??

    sitting at my desk now, and the garda have the nortside quays closed off from church street to oconnel street (as far as i can see).

    only allowing bus's through.
    any ideas whats going on?

    I was just talking to my girlfriend who said there are a lot of helicopters circling the city. No idea why though.

    would it have had anything to do with the cash transit that was on the m50 southbound near tallaght junction today, with the 2 army helicopters and the 1 garda helicopter, the 10 motorbikes the spare truck and the many garda cars and the many army jeeps, all escorting the mother load of money
