Hi all, my friend is going to be tiling my en-suite floor. Its only 7ft by 5ft so its a small job. What I would like to know is how much should I give him. If I ask him for a price he is gonna refuse it so I'd like to just give him an envelope with a bit of cash in it. Thanks in advance

    usually €15 sq/yard
so (7x5)/9 = 4sq yards = €60 but you might not ordinarily get a tiler to take on a job that small for €60 because the work is in all the cuts needed. I would give him €120.
