Dail tender

    When the Dail tender was up a year or so ago, the company that won it, had it taken off them due to a discrepancy on forms etc. The tender was given back to the original company. The European commission was informed and returned that this should be investigated further as being anti-competitive.
    The company that won fair and square decided not to take irish government to court due to lack of funds etc.

    This is just one example of why Ireland is in such a mess.
