Tea Infusers

    Hey guys,

Just wondering where the best place to buy a Tea Infuser for loose tea would be? I'm looking around town so anywhere in there would be great. I had a quick look in the tea show on Wicklow St. (?) opposite Tower Records, but I can only imagine their prices would be through the roof.

From searching the forums, I have read that M&D Coffee in the Georges Street Arcade might have what I want. Any idea if it would?

Basically, I'm looking for an infuser in the shape of a small teapot, but has a mesh lining the inside so the tea has room to expand and filtered as its poured.

Budget is in and around 20 quid.

    Thanks for any help guys,
    Colm

I have this and am very pleased with it. Probably more than 20 when exchange rate and shipping taken into account though:

If you're around D2 looking, M&D in George's St Arcade or Bewleys is your best bet.

Checking the homewares section of Marks & Sparks might be worth a punt.

No question about it, they have a good range there and the prices are fine.

I tried M&D Coffee.. and had a talk to the guy at the stall.. he was very helpful and friendly, but the teapots were 32 quid for the small one with the enfuser built in.

Found a nice Bodum one in Arnotts for 20euro, which was basically the same, if not nicer and a more respected brand.

    Thanks for everyones help
