The story yesterday of the two men who were jailed for 14 years each for the rape of a mother while her toddler was in the next room.....that disgusts me.

Where have you been for the last few days? Waterford Crystal? Please. :rolleyes: The workers from Waterford Crystal aren't even getting the support of the Government. So please don't expect me to feel sorry for 12 union drivers who thought they'd have a job for life.

In fairness, advocating a boycott of Kerry products won't save jobs... in fact it would have the opposite effect

There are people losing jobs everywhere. If only 12 guys are losing there jobs that's a lot better than places where a few hundred or more are losing their jobs.

I think that the Kerry Group thrives on slave labour outside Ireland, in Mexico, to name but one place. They've got the same attitude as Dell.

Mind you, I've never yet spotted a Kerry Group driver who wasn't using a mobile phone when driving his tanker truck down the road. Perhaps they'd be safer at home.
